Fall Chestnut leaves ecoprinted (with rust) onto silk noil framed by madder root dyed silk broadcloth.  These are hand-stitched together and mounted onto cradled board.  12X12 inches

Ancient Europeans often left two dots painted on the inside of their caves along with the more familiar animal paintings.  The two dots in this work reference this ancient history.
